Steven Mojica, 20, was arrested in connection with Dec. 3, 2018, incident in which he allegedly violated an order of protection, the arrest warrant said.
He was charged with one count violation of a protective warrant and released on $1,000 bond.
Mojica is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
